Grilled Romaine
- 1 Romaine
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 1 Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 1 Black pepper
- 1 Garlic salt
- Pull off the limp outer layers of the romaine, then cut in half.
- On the outer side, drizzle olive oil, salt pepper, garlic powder.
- Flip over and season flat side.
- Grill until it has char marks and almost wilting (about 1min each side), top with cheese and serve.
