Custard Sponge

  1. Preheat oven to 180c or 350F
  2. Beat all ingredients for 3 min or till smooth and no lumps
  3. Bake for 30 min, check that its cooked, springs back when cook.

eggs, flour, sugar, milk, custard powder, butter
