Chicken rolls

  1. ~cut the chicken into long strips and marinate it for 2 hours (or more) ~heat oil in pan and pan fry it or deep fry it until golden brown and crisp.
  2. ~transfer into a kitchen paper towel.
  3. ~Spread the sauce or mayonnaise in your tortellini/ roti (I used two Roti's for mayonnaise and other two for schezwan sauce
  4. Serve and enjoy ^^ ~Optional : add cheese or an egg to your rolls.
