Red Salmon Curry With Vegetables

  1. Grill salmon fillets and cook medium well.
  2. In a stir fry pan heat the red curry sauce with high heat.
  3. When the sauce is hot, add green & red peppers and mushrooms.
  4. Steam the broccoli, sliced cucumbers and carrots until soft.
  5. Place vegetables on the side of your plate.
  6. When salmon is at desired temperature; place in the center of your plate.
  7. Top salmon with vegetable red curry sauce mixture.
