Kimmys' Pickled Eggs

  1. Put eggs in cold water with 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of baking soda.
  2. Bring to a boil, turn off heat and let stand for 12-14 minutes.
  3. Run cold water over them and let them sit till cool and peel and place in sterilized wide mouth jars.
  4. Combine ingredients in pot and bring to a boil for 5 min.
  5. Add to jars, put lids on and let cool on counter.
  6. Store in fridge for 3 days before opening.
