Rum Cakes Recipe

  1. Cut angel food cake into 1x2 inch rectangles.
  2. Mix butter, rum, egg white, and sufficient powdered sugar to make a thin frosting.
  3. Dip cake squares in butter mix, then roll in nuts.
  4. Place on waxed paper to dry.
  5. These are best if placed in a tin or possibly airtight container for about 3 days before they are served.
