Glasgow Kiss Cocktail

• 1 1/2 ounces Auchentoshan Classic
• 1/2 fresh pear
• 1 teaspoon pear jam
• 5 cardamom pods
• 1/2 ounce Combier royal liqueur
• 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1/2 ounce sugar syrup

1. Muddle cardamom pods with fresh pear in the bottom of a shaker.
2. Add all the ingredients, shake and strain into an old fashioned glass with crushed ice, and garnish with a triple pear fan.
