Donna's Jazzed Up Artichoke Dip Recipe
- 3 tsp. butter
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- 3/4 c. onion, minced
- 1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds
- 4 c. fresh spinach (stir till wilted)
- 1/2 c. light mayonnaise
- 4 ounce. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 can artichoke hearts, liquid removed, minced
- 1/4 c. sun-dry tomatoes in oil, liquid removed and minced
- 1/3 c. minced roasted red peppers liquid removed and minced
- grnd black pepper and a few dashes of warm pepper sauce
- Heat butter in pan and saut
