Peanut Butter Soup

  1. Brown the beef in vegetable oil.
  2. Add the next 4 ingredients and brown.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 1/2 hour or until the potatoes are fork tender.
