Mee Suah
- 55 grams mee suah (flour vermicelli)
- 2 piece garlic, sliced
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 500 ml water
- 1 soft boiled egg
- 2 tbsp light soya sauce
- Boil one egg in hot water for about 2 minutes.
- Remove egg and put aside to cool.
- Heat cooking oil in frying pan using low heat.
- Stir fry garlic till slightly browned.
- Add water and light soya sauce.
- When water starts boiling, add mee suah, cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour the cooked mee suah into big bowl.
- Scoop out soft boiled egg into the bowl of mee suah.
- Serve immediately.
