Mee Suah

  1. Boil one egg in hot water for about 2 minutes.
  2. Remove egg and put aside to cool.
  3. Heat cooking oil in frying pan using low heat.
  4. Stir fry garlic till slightly browned.
  5. Add water and light soya sauce.
  6. When water starts boiling, add mee suah, cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Pour the cooked mee suah into big bowl.
  8. Scoop out soft boiled egg into the bowl of mee suah.
  9. Serve immediately.
