Graham Cracker Eclair Cake
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1-1/2 cups cold milk
- 3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 27 graham wafers, divided
- 1 cup BAKER'S Chocolate Frosting
- Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Stir in Cool Whip.
- Arrange 9 wafers on bottom of 9-inch square pan; cover with half the pudding mixture.
- Repeat layers.
- Cover with remaining wafers.
- Refrigerate 3 hours.
- Spread with frosting just before serving.
