Chocolate Sundae Cookies
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/4 c. maraschino cherry juice
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 23 large marshmallows
- chopped nuts (to taste)
- 1 c. pulp
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 c. flour (regular or unbleached)
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. cloves, nutmeg and salt
- 1 c. each: softened raisins and nut meats
- Beat first 3 ingredients.
- Add egg.
- Mix and add next
- 4 ingredients.
- Add raisins and nut meats.
- Chill (or freeze to bake later).
- Drop spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 13 to 15 minutes.
- Bake and freeze for later use.
- Cookies will be soft and dark orangish, healthy and yummy.
