Crispy Won Tons with Asian Dipping Sauce

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
  3. Spoon 1 Tbsp.
  4. meat mixture onto center of each won ton wrapper.
  5. Bring corners together over meat mixture, then twist to enclose filling.
  6. Place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; press gently to flatten bottoms slightly.
  7. Brush evenly with 3 Tbsp.
  8. water; sprinkle with sesame seed.
  9. Bake 10 to 12 min.
  10. or until golden brown.
  11. Remove from pan; drain on paper towels.
  12. Mix soy sauce, rice wine and remaining water until blended; serve with won tons.
