Feta and Fire Roasted Tomato Focaccia Bread
- 1 pound Store Bought Pizza Dough Or A Similar Amount Of Homemade Focaccia Bread Dough
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 can Hunts Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes-drained (14.5 Oz) Size
- 1/2 containers Feta Cheese (container Size 5 Oz.)
- 1/4 containers Asiago Shredded Cheese (container Size 5 Oz.)
- 1/2 cups Chopped Sweet Red Peppers
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Spinach, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro Chopped Finely
- Preheat oven to 400 F. After making the dough and/or thawing the store bought dough and letting it rise, it is now time for topping
- Drizzle some olive oil over a large rimmed cookie sheet/baking sheet, just to coat it.
- Now spread out the bread dough by hand to about an inch thick.
- With your knuckles make little indentations all over the dough.
- Drizzle the top of the dough with as much olive oil as you like.
- Then add the fresh pressed garlic or minced garlic from a jar.
- Whichever is easier and tastier to you.
- Spread the garlic evenly all over the dough.
- Then top with the remaining ingredients.
- Bake in the preheated 400 F oven for 20-25 minutes or until lightly brown.
- Remove from pan and place on a rack (such as a cookie rack) to keep crust crispy.
- If you would like you can leave it in the pan, but the longer it is in the pan the softer the crust gets.
- But its still deelish.
