Pudding Grahamwiches
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Instant Pudding, any flavor
- 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 20 graham crackers, broken crosswise in half (40 squares)
- Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
- Gradually add milk, beating until well blended.
- Add dry pudding mix; beat 2 min.
- Gently stir in whipped topping.
- Spoon about 1/4 cup of the pudding mixture onto each of 20 graham squares; top with the remaining graham squares to form sandwiches.
- Wrap each sandwich individually in plastic wrap.
- Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.
