Mostaccioli Pasta Salad
- 1 12 cups uncooked mostaccioli pasta
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 34 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, sliced
- 34 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 12 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 12 cup green pepper, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain, rinse in cold water and set aside.
- In medium bowl, combine vinegar, water, oil, seasonings and garlic.
- Whisk until blended.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss.
- Cover and chill.
