Easy Kinpira with Carrot and Bell Peppers!

  1. Cut the carrots and bell peppers into strips.
  2. Pour some oil in a frying pan and fry the carrots.
  3. Then add some water, cover with a lid and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add the soy sauce and sugar, then the bell peppers and lightly fry.
  5. Top with plenty of sesame seeds and plate.
  6. Serve, and enjoy!
