olive bruschetta
- 1/2 cup seeded and diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pitted and chopped kalamata olives
- 1 tbsp minced frrsh parsley
- 12 slice baguette,1/2" thick
- 1 olive oil
- 3/4 cup shreadded aged provolone or fontina
- Preheat boiler to high heat
- Combine tomatoes,olives, and parsley in a small bowl; season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange baguett slices on a baking sheet,drizzle with oil, and broil until tosted on 1 side, about 2 min.
- Turn over ,top each round with 1 tbsp.
- cheese,and broil until cheese melts.
- top with tomato mix b4 searving
