Marvelous Maple Icing

• 14 cup margarine
• 2 14 cups powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons soymilk
• 1 teaspoon maple syrup

1. In a food processor or medium bowl, mix together the margarine and 1 cup of the powdered sugar.
2. Add remaining sugar alternately with milk, mixing until smooth.
3. Stir in the maple syrup until consistency is light and spreadable.
