Appetizer Meatballs 1 Recipe

  1. Drain pineapple; reserve syrup.
  2. Combine syrup, brown sugar, 3 Tbsp.
  3. teriyaki sauce, vinegar and ketchup; set aside.
  4. Mix grnd beef with remaining 2 Tbsp.
  5. teriyaki sauce and onion; shape into 20 meatballs.
  6. Brown meatballs in a large skillet; drain off excess fat.
  7. Pour syrup mix over meatballs; simmer 10 min, stirring occasionally.
  8. Dissolve cornstarch in water; stir into skillet with pineapple.
  9. Cook and stir till sauce thickens and pineapple is heated through.
  10. Makes 6 to 8 appetizer servings
