Ham Patties Recipe
- 2 lbs. cured ham
- 1 pound fresh shoulder
- 1/2 pound beef
- 4 Large eggs
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 3 c. Post Toasties
- Meats should be grnd together.
- Fold in remaining ingredients.
- Make into 2"x3" patties.
- (may be frzn till ready to use.)
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- About 15 min before done, mix 1/4 c. vinegar, 1/2 c. brown sugar and 3 Tbsp.
- prepared mustard and pour over top of patties.
