Mushroom Soup

• 200 grams Mushroom
• 1/2 liter Meat soup
• 200 ml Fresh milk
• 3 clove Grinded garlic
• 1 small Onion
• 3 tbsp Flour
• 3 tbsp Butter
• 1 tsp Salt
• 150 ml Fresh cream

1. Put butter in a suitable ban on the stove,
2. add onion&grinded garlic , stirr them well untill turning into yellow
3. Add the flour , stirr well till it becomes creamy , then add the mashrooms slices and stirr them
4. Add fresh milk, meat soup , salt ,fresh cream with quickly & continuous stirring untill it turns into creamy
5. Mix it with the mixer till getting a suitable strength
6. Decorate it with some mushroom slices
