Wild Rice Citrus Salad

  1. Make the rice according to package directions but omit butter or oil.
  2. Cool.
  3. Add celery, green onions, grapes, oranges and pecan halvs.
  4. Refrigerate several hours.
  5. About 1 hour before serving add dressing.
  6. To make dressing: Shake orange marmalade and raspberry vinegar in a shaker jar and shake.
