Microwave Lasagne Recipe

  1. Cook beef in microwave on high 3 min.
  2. Break up meat with fork and drain off fat.
  3. Pour spaghetti sauce over meat, along with 1/2 c. water to rinse out jar.
  4. Put meat sauce in bottom of dish, cover with 3 dry lasagne noodles.
  5. Put cottage cheese mix on top, then Mozzarella cheese, then repeat, ending with meat sauce on top.
  6. Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Cover with Saran wrap.
  8. Microwave on high 8 min.
  9. Turn dish around and microwave on medium low 32 min.
  10. Let it set 15 min before cutting.
  11. Put strips of aluminum foil along edges to keep from getting hard.
  12. (Use 12 x 8 inch Pyrex dish.)
