Microwave Lasagne Recipe
- 1/2 pound lasagne noodles
- 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 32 ounce. jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese (mixed with 1 egg and 1/2 teaspoon pepper)
- 1/2 pound thin sliced Mozzarella cheese
- Cook beef in microwave on high 3 min.
- Break up meat with fork and drain off fat.
- Pour spaghetti sauce over meat, along with 1/2 c. water to rinse out jar.
- Put meat sauce in bottom of dish, cover with 3 dry lasagne noodles.
- Put cottage cheese mix on top, then Mozzarella cheese, then repeat, ending with meat sauce on top.
- Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover with Saran wrap.
- Microwave on high 8 min.
- Turn dish around and microwave on medium low 32 min.
- Let it set 15 min before cutting.
- Put strips of aluminum foil along edges to keep from getting hard.
- (Use 12 x 8 inch Pyrex dish.)
