Sweet & Savory Nagaimo Yam Stir-fry with Bonito Flakes

  1. Cut the nagaimo yam lengthwise into half, and cut them into slices slightly thicker than 1 cm.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pot, and stir-fry the yams.
  3. When they are lightly browned, pour in ingredients to coat.
  4. Sprinkle on shichimi spice to your liking and bonito flakes, and mix together, and it's done.
  5. (I used 1 pack of bonito flakes in the picture.)
