Egyptian Style Pasta

  1. In a big pan heat the oil and put the pasta in.
  2. Stir the pasta continuously until it's golden brown.
  3. Immediately add the water until it covers all of the pasta and a little more.
  4. Add the seasoning and stir
  5. Leave to boil once and turn the heat down
  6. You know when it's cooked when the pasta has completely evaporated all the water and when you give it a try...
  7. It's soft and cooked
  8. *sometimes it taste amazing if along side the seasoning you add about 100g of tomato paste and when it's cooked it just gives it this extra delicious flavour.

use any, water, ground black pepper, curry, herbs, salt, cumin, vegetable oil
