Sauteed Orange Chicken With Ginger

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook, turning, until brown all over, about 10 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Pour orange juice over chicken.
  6. Add orange sections, ginger, vinegar, and basil; stir well.
  7. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, until chicken is tender.
