Sauerkraut And Tomatoes Casserole Recipe
- 2 c. sauerkraut, liquid removed
- 2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 c. canned tomatoes
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
- Dry rye bread cubes with caraway.
- Place sauerkraut in a buttered casserole and top with cheese and dressing.
- Pour tomatoes over this.
- Dot with 3 Tbsp.
- butter.
- Saute/fry rye bread cubes in 1/4 c. butter and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min.
