Walnut Chili Pate (Vegan)

  1. Soak the seeds and nuts for 6-8 hours or overnight and rinse well before using.
  2. In a food processor with the S-blade, coarse-grind the sunflower seeds and walnuts.
  3. Put in a medium-size bowl.
  4. With a food processor and the S-blade, puree celery, zucchini, cilantro, parsley, lemon juice, cayenne chili powder, chili blend powder, cumin, and coriander.
  5. Add this puree into the seed and nut mix, mix everything well by hand.
