Cheesy Chicken And Rice

  1. Prepare a 9 x 13 inch greased baking dish.
  2. Mix 1/4 cup butter, flour, milk, bouillon, seasoned salt, garlic powder and pepper until smooth.
  3. Bring to a boil and cool until thickened.
  4. Reduce heat and add chicken, process cheese and sour cream.
  5. Stir until melted.
  6. Add cooked rice and pour into baking dish.
  7. Take 1/4 cup butter and crushed crackers and brown in skillet.
  8. Use this as the topping.
  9. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
