Chicken & Vegetable Cheesy Pasta

  1. Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, heat 1 tsp.
  3. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  4. Add half the chicken; cook and stir 2 min.
  5. or until lightly browned.
  6. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  7. Repeat with remaining chicken and 1 tsp.
  8. of the remaining oil.
  9. Add remaining oil, carrots, onions and garlic to skillet; cook and stir 3 min.
  10. Return chicken to skillet; cook 2 min.
  11. or until done, stirring frequently.
  12. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
  13. Drain pasta, reserving 1-1/4 cups of the cooking water.
  14. Return pasta to pan.
  15. Stir in reserved water and Singles; cook and stir 1 min.
  16. or until Singles are completely melted.
  17. Add chicken mixture; cook and stir 2 min.
  18. or until heated through.
  19. Top with Parmesan and parsley.
