Smple, Fried Rice-style Tofu
- 1 block Tofu
- 1 as much as you'd like Your preferred filling
- 1 Egg
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 dash Soy sauce
- Stir-fry the tofu while crumbling it.
- There's no need to drain the tofu!
- The moisture will evaporate when you mash it using cooking chopsticks.
- While the moisture from the tofu is evaporating, prepare your other ingredients.
- This time I used finely chopped cabbage and fish sausage.
- Mix with chopsticks to prevent sticking.
- Once the moisture has evaporated, add in the ingredients and then stir fry.
- Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
- Lower the heat, and then add the egg directly, mixing it up with the chopsticks.
- It's done!
