Applesauce Raisin Bread Recipe

• 3 x Large eggs
• 1 1/2 c. Sugar
• 1 c. Oil
• 2 c. Applesauce
• 2 tsp Vanilla
• 3 c. Flour
• 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
• 1 tsp Salt
• 3 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Nutmeg
• 3/4 c. Coconut
• 1/2 c. Nuts
• 1 c. Raisins

1. Mix together first 5 ingredients; set aside.
2. Mix together the dry ingredients in another bowl and pour thin batter into it.
3. Grease 2 bread tins, bake in oven for about 60 min, check with toothpick.
