Turkey Spinach Salad With Bacon Recipe
- Tangy Marinade (below)
- 2 c. cut-up cooked turkey
- 5 ounce. spinach, torn into bite-size pcs
- 2 c. broccoli flowerets, cut into 1/4 inch pcs
- 1 (8 ounce.) can sliced water chestnuts, liquid removed
- 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- Grated Parmesan cheese, if you like
- Prepare Tangy Marinade; pour over turkey.
- Cover and chill at least 15 min but no longer than 24 hrs.
- Toss turkey mix with spinach, broccoli and water chestnuts.
- Sprinkle with bacon.
- Serve with cheese.
- 6 servings.
