Cheesy Garlic Minis

  1. Place sliced baguette pieces on a cookie sheet, a few inches apart, depending on the size of the pieces you should be able to get about 19 pieces on one sheet.
  2. Preheat oven to 350.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over each piece evenly, it's okay to get oil on the pan (in fact it's kind of necessary to crisp the bottom.)
  4. With the olive oil that got on the pan, gently dip the pieces into it, rubbing around slightly to ensure it gets all over the bottom.
  5. Spread the cheesy garlic seasoning over the tops of the oiled bread, evenly with as much or as little as you like.
  6. Now, sprinkle the tops with as much cheese as you'd like (any cheese will work for this really, so long as it melts.)
  7. I usually cover the whole top in a mini mountain of it.
  8. Place in the oven, for 5 minutes (maybe a little more depending on how crispy you like it.)
