Cheesy Garlic Minis
- 1 loaf Baguette Bread (we bought the kind already sliced, and in a plastic bag on clearance)
- 1 Shredded Mexican Cheese blend (or fresh Parmesan cheese)
- 1 Olive Oil
- 1 Cheesy Garlic Spread (it's actually a dry seasoning)
- Place sliced baguette pieces on a cookie sheet, a few inches apart, depending on the size of the pieces you should be able to get about 19 pieces on one sheet.
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Drizzle the olive oil over each piece evenly, it's okay to get oil on the pan (in fact it's kind of necessary to crisp the bottom.)
- With the olive oil that got on the pan, gently dip the pieces into it, rubbing around slightly to ensure it gets all over the bottom.
- Spread the cheesy garlic seasoning over the tops of the oiled bread, evenly with as much or as little as you like.
- Now, sprinkle the tops with as much cheese as you'd like (any cheese will work for this really, so long as it melts.)
- I usually cover the whole top in a mini mountain of it.
- Place in the oven, for 5 minutes (maybe a little more depending on how crispy you like it.)
