Porcupine Meatballs Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix meat, rice, 1/2 c. water, onion, salts, garlic pwdr and pepper.
  3. Shape mix by rounded tablespoonfuls into balls.
  4. Place meatballs in ungreased baking dish, 8x8x2 inches.
  5. Stir together remaining ingredients; pour over meatballs.
  6. Cover with foil; bake 45 min.
  7. Uncover; bake 15 min longer.
