  1. Mix all of the meatball ingredients in a medium bowl until they are completely combined.
  2. With clean hands, roll the turkey into medium sized meatballs and set on a sheet of parchment.
  3. Bring a saucepan of salted water to a simmer.
  4. Place the meatballs in the simmering water and cook until they are just cooked through, and float to the top of the water.
  5. Remove the meatballs from the water with a strainer and set aside.
  6. When all of the meatballs have been cooked, use the same saucepan to heat the tomato sauce.
  7. Add the meatballs to the heated tomato sauce and simmer on low until the meatballs and sauce are warmed through and hot.
  8. Split a baguette in half lengthwise.
  9. Drizzle the baguette with olive oil.
  10. Toast the baguette under your broiler until golden.
  11. Remove from the oven and immediately rub the toast with a clove of raw garlic.
  12. Fill the baguette with the meatballs and sauce.
  13. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and fresh basil.
  14. Cut each baguette half in half and serve hot.
  15. Enjoy!
