No Sugar, No Fat Healthy Pie Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees .
  2. Spray 9 pie dish with cooking spray.
  3. In a bowl mix the oats, flour, Splenda, & salt.
  4. Mix canola separately with 4 tbsp warm water, beat until frothy.
  5. Add Sprite to dry ingredients.
  6. Add frothed canola/water to mixture.
  7. Mix all.
  8. Press crust into plate bottom, moistening fingertips if needed.
  9. Bake at 400 degrees for about 12 minutes.
  10. Crust is 62 calories per serving.
