Chicken Cordon Bleu
- 8 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 8 ounces, weight Mozzarella Cheese
- 12 ounces, weight Thinly Sliced Deli Ham
- 12 ounces, weight Philadelphia Cooking Cream Spread
- 24 ounces, weight Bread Crumbs (Plain Or Italian)
- 1.
- Butterfly your chicken breasts and pound them out thinly.
- 2.
- Place mozzarella cheese on one half of the chicken breast.
- 3.
- Top the cheese with a slice or 2 of ham depending on the size of your chicken breast.
- 4.
- Place a spoonful or 2 of the cooking cream spread on top of the ham.
- 5.
- Fold the other half of the chicken breast over (youll end up with a taco look) and secure with toothpicks.
- 6.
- Place a thin layer of bread crumbs in the bottom of your baking dish.
- Then place your chicken on top of the bread crumbs.
- 7.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs on the tops of the chicken too.
- 8.
- Place dish in a 350 degree F oven for 40-50 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked through.
