Pork Tenderloins with Dipping Sauce
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cups Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cups Honey
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 4 whole (12 Oz. Size) Pork Tenderloins
- Seasoned Salt And Pepper
- 1/2 cups Mayonnasie
- 1/4 cups Sour Cream
- 1/4 teaspoons Real Garlic, Minced
- 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- Mix together oil, soy sauce, honey, onion and garlic powder.
- Marinate tenderloins in the mixture at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Sprinkle meat with seasoned salt and pepper.
- Grill over hot coals for 34 minutes per side.
- Remove from the grill and cut into 3/4 slices.
- Return to the grill and cook for 34 minutes more or to desired doneness.
- Medallions should be pink in the center, do not overcook, or they will be too dry.
- Mix the dipping sauce ingredients together and chill until ready to eat.
