Buffalo Chicken Burgers

  1. Preheat grill or skillet.
  2. In a large bowl combine ground chicken, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, parmesan and buffalo wing sauce.
  3. Mix until just combined.
  4. Form into patties.
  5. Grill or pan-fry patties until brown on both sides and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  6. In the last 2 minutes, place 1/2 ounce of cheddar cheese on each burger.
  7. Place burgers on whole wheat buns and top with a drizzle of ranch and buffalo wing dressing.
