Portuguese Hawaiian Ribs Recipe
- 2-4 pound Country style pork ribs
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Combine all ingredients in bowl; stir.
- Pour over ribs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered then turn ribs over, recover, lower oven to 300 degrees, bake 1 hour more.
- Uncover - bake 10 min more to brown.
