3 Ingredients! Rich Mousse-Like Chocolate Truffles
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 100 grams Chocolate
- 1 tsp Gelatin
- Add chocolate, 50 ml of heavy cream, and gelatin (dissolved in 3 teaspoons of water) to a double broiler and melt.
- Remove from heat, add the remaining cream and whip to peaks over a bowl of ice water.
- When it's creamy, chill until set in serving dishes.
- It's very rich, so I recommend serving in small dishes.
- It's garnished with a walnut in the photo.
