3 Ingredients! Rich Mousse-Like Chocolate Truffles

  1. Add chocolate, 50 ml of heavy cream, and gelatin (dissolved in 3 teaspoons of water) to a double broiler and melt.
  2. Remove from heat, add the remaining cream and whip to peaks over a bowl of ice water.
  3. When it's creamy, chill until set in serving dishes.
  4. It's very rich, so I recommend serving in small dishes.
  5. It's garnished with a walnut in the photo.
