breakfast egg rolls

  1. Brown sausage.
  2. if you are adding maple syrup, do this 3/4 of the way through browning.
  3. once its fully cooked, add eggs and scramble until cooked.
  4. cook bacon.
  5. empty mixture into bowl.
  6. take egg rolls and add 2 tbls.
  7. of mixture to wrap.
  8. add a slice of bacon and a pinch of cheese
  9. wrap as you would an egg roll seal with a dab of water and set aside.
  10. continue until you have all wraps done.
  11. heat oil on medium high heat.
  12. fry egg rolls untill golden brown making sure to flip them.
  13. you can freeze and refrigerate these for a quick breakfast:)
