Mustard Fried Pork Chops
- 3 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup Mustard (Plain Yellow, Dijon, Spicy Cajun Or Any Combination Of Your Favorites)
- 4 whole Thin Cut Bone-In Pork Chops
- 2 cups Flour (seasoned To Taste Using Salt And Pepper, Cayenne Or Cajun Spice)
- 1 cup Canola Oil, For Frying
- Combine Worcestershire and mustard.
- Dredge pork chops in this mixture and then in the seasoned flour.
- Fry in canola oil until golden brown (frying time varies on the thickness of the chops).
- Drain on paper towels.
- Enjoy!
