Mustard Fried Pork Chops

  1. Combine Worcestershire and mustard.
  2. Dredge pork chops in this mixture and then in the seasoned flour.
  3. Fry in canola oil until golden brown (frying time varies on the thickness of the chops).
  4. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Enjoy!
