Citrus Chicken
- 2 chicken breasts
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg
- 12 teaspoon ginger
- 1 orange
- 12 lime
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 red onion
- 14 cup walnuts
- 18 cup pine nuts
- warm a skillet with olive oil with a quarter of onion, orange zest, nutmeg, ginger, pepricka.
- Stir it all up and throw in the breasts.
- Allow the breasts to simmer squeeze half the orange on the breasts, add a tsp of lemon juice to the mix, and squeeze some lime over it all.
- After a while flip them over, and squeeze the rest of the orange and lime over the breasts.
- Add more lemon juices.
- Toss in the walnuts and some pine nuts.
- Peel of the rest of the orange and add the remaining slices.
- don't let the slice cook to much.
- Eat and enjoy.
