Perfect Cheeseball
- 2 packages 8oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 package Dry Ranch Dip Mix (like Hidden Valley)
- 1 can Diced Green Chilies
- Garlic Salt, to taste
- 6 ounces, weight Chopped Pecan Pieces
- Bring cream cheese to room temperature (soft)
- Combine cream cheese, cheddar, Monterrey jack, ranch dip, green chilies and garlic salt in a bowl.
- Place wax paper on counter and spread chopped nuts on it.
- Roll bowl mixture into a ball and roll in the nuts to cover the outside.
- Place ball on wax paper in the freezer for 15 minutes until firm.
- Serve with crackers
