Perfect Cheeseball

  1. Bring cream cheese to room temperature (soft)
  2. Combine cream cheese, cheddar, Monterrey jack, ranch dip, green chilies and garlic salt in a bowl.
  3. Place wax paper on counter and spread chopped nuts on it.
  4. Roll bowl mixture into a ball and roll in the nuts to cover the outside.
  5. Place ball on wax paper in the freezer for 15 minutes until firm.
  6. Serve with crackers
