Sirloin Tips Recipe

  1. Dissolve beef bouillon cube in 1 c. warm water.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  3. butter in skillet.
  4. Add in mushrooms; cook till brown.
  5. Sprinkle with garlic salt.
  6. Put in 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.
  7. In skillet, heat 2 Tbsp.
  8. butter and 1 Tbsp.
  9. oil.
  10. Add in beef cubes and brown.
  11. Add in to casserole dish.
  12. Stir into skillet 3/4 c. bouillon, soy sauce, Worcestershire and onion.
  13. Heat.
  14. Blend flour with remaining bouillon.
  15. Add in to skillet, stirring constantly.
  16. Cook till thick.
  17. Pour into casserole dish.
  18. Cover with lid.
  19. Cook 1 hour at 275 degrees.
  20. Serve over rice or possibly creamed potatoes.
