Homemade chili dipping sauce
- 20 garlic cloves
- 15 Chili
- 8 tbsp granulated sugar
- 15 Shallots
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 1 small amount of oil
- Cut shallots and separate garlic cloves
- Put chili, garlic and shallots into blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Put some oil in pan.
- Add blended chili into pan.
- Add salt and sugar.
- Cook in medium heat until thickens.
- Stir slowly in one direction.
- Add more sugar if it's too spicy.
- Remove from heat after tasting.
- Let it cool.
- Store in jar.
