Homemade chili dipping sauce

  1. Cut shallots and separate garlic cloves
  2. Put chili, garlic and shallots into blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Put some oil in pan.
  5. Add blended chili into pan.
  6. Add salt and sugar.
  7. Cook in medium heat until thickens.
  8. Stir slowly in one direction.
  9. Add more sugar if it's too spicy.
  10. Remove from heat after tasting.
  11. Let it cool.
  12. Store in jar.
