Basil Shrimp And Broccoli Stir-Fry

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp. Stir-fry about 4 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
  3. Remove to serving dish.
  4. Add all vegetables except green onions.
  5. Stir-fry until crisp-tender.
  6. Combine boiling water and bouillon.
  7. Stir to dissolve.
  8. Combine cold water, cornstarch, basil and lemon juice. Stir well.
  9. Add to vegetables in skillet.
  10. Cook and stir until thickened.
  11. Add green onions and shrimp.
  12. Heat until shrimp are warm.
  13. Makes 4 servings.
